When:  Trinity Youth Conference 2008 was held during the week of July 27th - August 2nd. Campers arrived at Living Waters between 1:30pm and 4pm on Sunday (July 27, 2008). TYC 2008 ended on Saturday (August 2, 2008) at 12:00 (Noon).

Location:  TYC 2008 will be held at Living Waters Camp and Conference Center in Schellsburg, Pennsylvania. Centrally located within the Synod of the Trinity, Camp Living Waters has hosted TYC for the last twenty-five or more years.

Who May Attend?:  TYC is for high school students having completed 9th grade (must be at least 15 years old) and college students.

Daily Activities:  A typical day at TYC includes two workshop sessions in the morning, quiet time for personal meditation and reflection, small group activities and discussion, free time, worship, entertainment, and an all-camp activity.

Cost:  In 2008, TYC was $300.00 per person, of which $100.00 was due at the time of registration - the balance payable upon arrival at camp. Scholarships were available to those who qualified. Click Here for details.

Ten (10) different workshops were offered at TYC 2008, with topics including: Transitions, creative arts, songwriting/music, relationships, understanding world religions, sin/grace/forgiveness, media/pop culture, theological basics/foundations of faith, leadership, and a faith forum (for questions about faith).

Rev. Philip Beck of First United Presbyterian Church (Tarentum, Pennsylvania) led worship.
